Dear Dennis: Writing to let you know we made it back to Butte, Montana safely from our trip to Ireland. We wanted to let you know yours was the nicest bed and breakfast we stayed at during our trip. We were on the Atlantic Coast in a pub for St. Patrick's Day and met two gents who were heading for Castletownbere and wondering about accommodations -- we told them about you and how welcoming you were. Just a short e-mail to say 'thanks' for your hospitality last week. It was great to be on the Beara again and the accommodation and fishy delights made it perfection. We have bought a griddle pan and made some clarified butter in an effort to achieve Hanafin standards.

Denis: Just a note to thank you for the hospitality on 21 March. My
4 friends and I have just returned from a terrific tour of Ireland. We all
loved your Bed & Breakfast and Castletownbere! The beds were great and the
showers were wonderful, however, nothing can compare to the splendid
breakfast of fresh fish! The brown bread was wonderful, too. I would ask
for the recipe, but suspect the Irish ingredients are as essential as the
recipe.
We've decided that our "Chick Trip" was so fun we may have to do it again,
and The Beara is so exotic that we may need to spend more time there. We
will be in touch!
